Zoom Flex

Zoom Flex

Problem

Zoom Flex needed a solution for prepaid fiber purchases that could accommodate multiple service providers. They required a platform that enabled users to choose packages from various providers. Additionally, the client needed an automated system for managing payouts to service providers, as manual payment processes were time-consuming and inefficient.

Deliverables

The platform enabled users to select packages from various service providers, make payments easily, and enjoy seamless connectivity. The automation of commission payouts significantly reduced administrative overhead for the client.

Solution

We developed a mobile-first Progressive Web Application (PWA) with the following features:

  • A streamlined UI/UX, designed and implemented to enhance the user experience.
  • Integration of a payment gateway that automates commission payouts to service providers immediately after transactions, eliminating the need for manual monthly payments.
  • Support for voucher-based and online payments, providing users with flexible payment options.

SADV

SADV

Problem

SADV’s existing platform suffered from an outdated UI/UX and a lack of modern features that users expect. The interface was clunky and non-intuitive, resulting in user frustration and lower engagement rates. Additionally, the underlying codebase was not optimized for scalability or compatibility with mobile devices, limiting the platform’s potential reach. SADV needed a solution that could support both web and mobile applications while providing a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

Deliverables

The client’s key requirements were:

  • An updated tech stack to support a cleaner, more efficient user interface.
  • Compatibility across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience regardless of the device.
  • A scalable architecture that can adapt to future updates and feature additions.

By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and focusing on user-centric design principles, we delivered a comprehensive solution that meets the client’s current needs while positioning them for future growth.

Solution

We developed both a native and hybrid app solution to address these challenges. The project included:

  • Designing a new UI/UX that offers a seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user experience, reducing user friction and enhancing engagement.
  • Developing a platform compatible with web, iOS, and Android applications, ensuring users could access the platform on their preferred devices.
  • Integrating a modern tech stack with Capacitor to bridge the gap between web and mobile app development, streamlining the development process and reducing time to market.

Supersonic

Supersonic

Problem

Supersonic faced significant challenges with an outdated and fragmented digital presence. Their website and customer portal operated as separate entities, leading to inefficiencies, higher operational costs, and a disjointed user experience. Users often found it cumbersome to navigate between the two systems, which hindered customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the outdated codebase made it difficult to implement updates and improvements, creating a bottleneck in enhancing the platform’s overall functionality.

Deliverables

The client’s primary requirements included:

  • An industry-leading UI/UX design that simplifies and elevates the user experience.
  • A robust CMS system to empower the team with greater autonomy over content updates.
  • A unified platform for the website and customer portal, eliminating the need for managing two separate systems.

By addressing these goals, we delivered a scalable and efficient platform that improves both operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Solution

We developed a unified solution that seamlessly integrated the website and customer portal into a single platform. The project included:

  • A comprehensive overhaul of the UI/UX to align with modern industry standards, ensuring a more intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
  • Advanced CMS integration to streamline content management, allowing the team to easily update banners, announcements, and other site elements without requiring developer intervention.
  • Implementation of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) to enhance SEO and improve site performance, enabling faster load times and better search engine visibility.
  • Consolidation of analytics tracking into a single system, providing the client with deeper insights into customer behavior and platform usage.
